Early Commissions Pay Out
We pay a $5,000 commission advance when your client closes on construction financing — no waiting 12 months. The remainder is paid at completion. Because great partners deserve to be paid for their work from the start.

We also understand that selling new construction usually means waiting up to 12 months to get paid. Tracewater Homes is different. We acknowledge the hard work it takes to find your client the perfect property early in the process, and you deserve to be paid for that work. Tracewater Homes pays a $5,000 advance on your commission when your client closes on their construction financing. The remainder of the commission is paid when the home is completed.
